**CCFA Refund Policy: CCFA portion of fees may be refundable until July 31, 2026, less $50.00**
after July 31, 2026 there will be no refunds on withdrawals.
Additional Fees:
The above fees do not include Football BC and Football Canada Fees $53.00 Note that these affiliation fees are non-refundable and are automatically added when you check out.
Equipment Deposit:
- In House Flag - $150.00 - post-dated to August 31st, 2026
- Atom Flag and Tackle Football Players - $600.00 - post-dated to August 31st, 2026
Equipment deposit cheques will be returned once all issued gear and uniforms have been handed in at the end of the season or upon withdrawal.
Volunteer Deposit:
$50.00 per family, cheque posted dated to December 1st, 2026.
Tasks or jobs to be assigned by association executive or team manager. Once time/tasks have been completed, this deposit will be returned, if not completed it will be cashed.
Dual Rosters:
Concurrent tackle rule: Players are not permitted to participate in more than one tackle football program at the same time. If a player is found to be rostered with another tackle club while also registered with CCFA, they will be immediately removed without refund and will be considered "not in good standing" with the VMFL, making them ineligible to play for any club in the league.
This applies to leagues and teams in the USA as well as BC High School Football.
